Something I have been working on for a while is ready.

This is an interactive book for adults that works with 25 sacred colors from Indian tantric traditions. Each color has a seed sound to hum, a simple wish to hold, and a felt sensation to notice in the body.

The verse is simple, like a sutra. Almost like a children's book. That is the point.

You open it online, let a color call you, and spend a few minutes inside it. That’s it.
