Nervous System Regulation Coaching
Repeatable regulation steps for the child and co-regulation protocols for the parent for teens with pediatric Dysautonomia/POTS type symptoms
Why your child may be struggling even though every test is normal
When a child has frequent dizziness, nausea, chest flutters, fatigue, brain fog, or sudden anxiety‑like waves, it can be frightening — especially when tests are normal or the diagnosis is still being clarified. Your child’s symptoms are real. This isn’t all in their head. Often the body’s regulation system is stuck in a high‑alert pattern, and everyday stressors like school pressure, sleep disruption, social strain, sensory overload can intensify symptoms and create a downward spiral of symptom → fear → more symptoms → more fear. When this emotional load becomes overwhelming, their bodies speak for them through:
stomach pain
nausea
chest flutters or palpitations
headaches
dizziness
anxiety outbursts
trouble eating, sleeping, relaxing…
We train two skills in parallel:
Child self-regulation: Noticing, calming, recovering, regulating
Parent-child co-regulation: Your internal state becomes their safety cue
Coaching helps your child learn how to…:
recognize emotions before they build
calm their body quickly
feel safe again after fear or uncertainty
stop absorbing stress from others
set healthy emotional boundaries
develop confidence and resilience
map joints to improve proprioception
I work alongside your medical team. What changes? Fewer spirals, faster recovery time, cleaner boundaries, and more confidence returning to daily life.
This is neither medical nor psychological treatment, and it does not replace clinical care. Instead, it fills a gap by giving parents and children the tools they may have never received. Please note that my coaching services are not covered by insurance. All sessions are delivered online and coaching requires intrinsic motivation, persistence, and sustained commitment from you and your child. Individual results very.
