Hi, I'm Dinesh.
I am a leadership and life coach, writer, and Jyorei practitioner who helps people grow through transition, regulation, identity change, and leadership presence. My work combines somatic grounding, trauma informed nervous system awareness, and honest communication. Because of my lived experience, I am especially drawn to helping people become more durable, less reactive, more aligned, and more themselves after breakups, stress, or reinvention.
I spent years lost in physical illness feeling overwhelmed and empty, bounced between doctors, told it was all in my head. What healed me wasn't medicine — it was learning to work with my heart, body, and spirit instead of fighting it.
Now I help others, navigating hardest moments of their life, do the same.
