I learned to bypass and bury the challenging emotions and miss the positive emotions. This, I find in my coaching work, is very common. My own journey brought me to a point where I could not follow the old patterns. So, I used mindfulness to develop a protocol to connect with my own emotions. That protocol is shared in the handbook.
